Confidentiality

(a) TOG shall not divulge or disclose its relationship with CLIENT, the terms of any agreement, financials, statements, tax returns, emails or other information that is received orally or in writing. 

(b) CLIENT shall not divulge or disclose its relationship with TOG, the terms of any agreement, financials, statements, tax returns, emails or other information that is received orally or in writing. 

(c) TOG shall keep confidential all information received concerning the business of the CLIENT and any requests for specific advice or consultation. 

(d) This confidentiality shall extend to other CLIENTS with which TOG has similar AGREEMENTS or Teaming or Joint Venture Agreements. 

(e) This AGREEMENT shall not in any way inhibit TOG from undertaking similar Consultant Services Agreements and work assignments with other CLIENTS. Neither shall it inhibit TOG from accepting assignments of other CLIENTS with which TOG may enter into a Teaming or Joint Venture Agreement. 

(f) CLIENT shall keep confidential all business process information received and techniques learned from TOG regarding any and all aspects U.S. federal government business education and development. 

(g) TOG and CLIENT agree to be bound to the Joint Nondisclosure Agreement entered into TBD.
